Company’s description

Enerfin, a renewable energy subsidiary wholly owned by the Elecnor Group, has been present in the wind energy sector since 1997 and currently promotes, develops, builds and operates wind and solar energy investment projects in both the domestic and foreign markets. Enerfin participates in 1,226 MW of wind power in operation and under construction, with a production of more than 2,300 GWh/year.

It is currently working on various projects for the generation, storage and supply of green hydrogen from the renewable energy generated at its wind farms, in which several lines of research are involved.

Main lines of business of the entity

1. Promotion, construction, operation and comprehensive management of wind and photovoltaic energy generation projects.
2. Energy management: energy sales strategies, data analysis and improvement of market processes.
3. Implementation of energy storage systems together with renewable energy generation for grid integration.
4. Promotion, exploitation and operation of electrolysis plants for the generation, storage and supply of renewable hydrogen.
